My Top 5 Male Filipino Actors played the Monster Role!!!

Before I begin for my Top 5 Male Actors in the Philippines playing a monster role, I want you to know that I'm a  fanatic of Horror Movies and alike. Movie industries in the Philippines somehow affect our beliefs and perspective towards unexplainable things, the reason behind it maybe it is true or our script writers and directors are talented enough to create these movies, specifically these monsters (woooooohhh). Okay shall we start the countdown!!!

TOP ACTOR MONSTER No. 5 is
Jestoni Alarcon in Huwag mong buhayin ang Bangkay ( Don't bring the dead back to life)....
As I have remembered, Robertito played by Jestoni Alarcon was the son of a crazy mother played by Charito Solis. Robertito was died in an accident and her mother was so sad and cannot accept what happened to her son. The mother consulted witchdoctors or satanist to let Robertito come back to life and she was succeeded. And the horror begins when Robertito has risen again, but instead of going back to normal life, he is killing people who shall pass on his way even her beloved girlfriend played by Rita Avila.

Memorable Killing Moments: When Robertito killed a guy by throwing him to the top of the gate and impale himself by the edged metals. Also he killed the houseboy by twisting his neck.

TOP ACTOR MONSTER No. 4 is
Max Laurel in Zuma.
I can't remember what is the plot of the story, I just remember that the mayor of the was so angry to the monster on the loose named Zuma. Zuma played by Max Laurel got two-headed snakes in his neck and shoulder feeding the heart of a virgin.

Memorable Killing Moment: If I am correct, when Zuma attacked a house along with his dinosaur pet killing a family and eating the heart of a young virgin.

TOP ACTOR MONSTER No.3
is Paolo Contis in Pamahiin (Superstition).
As I've seen this in trailers or DVD covers. It scares me in the sense that the make-up really captures the imagination of being a ghost or a monster in the film. Although some of you knew that he is not the real monster or villain in the film. But of course the impact of Damian's (Paolo Contis) face and the subscription that says "Naghahanap ng maisasama ang taong namatay na nakadilat ang mata" meaning the one who died with their eyes open wants someone to take with him....

Memorable Killing Moments: When Damian killed himself (actually he did not kill himself) and a child was killed by getting his heart out by a witch.

TOP ACTOR MONSTER No.2
is Rez Cortez in Shake, Rattle and Roll 2 (Aswang).
One of the most scariest part of the movie where a place or town is filled with many ASWANG (ghoul monster). Tanda played by Rez Cortez leads the town of ghoul monster to offer a sacrifice to their Saint called IMPO. Portia played by Manilyn Reynes is sacrificial offering for their yearly feast. But Tanda made a mistake in the day of offering because he accidentally killed Monica played by Ana Roces, a ghoul monster who brought Portia to the place of feast. So then the horror begins when ghoul monsters pursue Portia; however, she finally escaped with his suitor Ricky played by Aljon Jimenez in the campfire. But Tanda was able to jump off at the top of the their vehicle and so at the end of the story blah blah blah......I recommend you watch the movie through this link http://www.americapinoy.com/pinoymovies/shakerattleroll/part3.html.

Memorable Killing Moments: When the ghoul monsters killed Milo played by Anjo Yllana in the campsite and a ghoul monster and mother of Monica played by Vangie Labalan killed the tricycle driver played by Richard Gomez who brought Portia to the town.

TOP ACTOR MONSTER No.1
is Chuck Perez in Shake, Rattle and Roll 5 (Impakto).

Impakto played by Chuck Perez is the scariest monster ever made in the Philippines (in my opinion). I really want Chuck Perez to be a monster again in a movie (SRR movie if possible). This scares me when I was a kid. When my father ask to throw the garbage in our backyard after watching this, I insisted not to go out of the house because the IMPAKTO (monster) is out there and bite me on face or neck. Still, it amuses me with the effects and how this monster scared and killed his prey in the abandoned building. The element that a monster should is in the person of Chuck Perez, a big man, the facial expression and the attitude of being a monster. I had many nightmares after ever since of him when I was a little. You can't find it anywhere in the website, but luckily I've got a copy of it in an unknown site.

Memorable Killing Moments: When the Impakto kisses a lady (her first prey), he turned to a vampire, bite her on the neck and torn out her flesh with his fangs. The same way that he killed the kidnappers.

I hope you like my top 5 Filipino Actors in the Role of Monster...

God bless you...

History of Comics Again!!

As I remember when I was in high school, I was inspired by people in my surroundings. Included in this people are my past elementary, high school teachers and other popular individuals. Being a future comedian that time, I was able to draw (like an amateur or more like a kindergarten student) and make comics about them, and made fun out of it. I was able to share these ideas to my friends and put those characters in my old notebook of mine in first year high school. Ha there is too much laughter those days when I made comics, even my friends they imitate what I am doing but still I am able to produce new ideas and stories to make in Comics Again. Just a pencil and notebook is all you need to make comics and relate those stories to the readers, especially they know who are those people you are involving to the story.....well that's the start of Comics Again and I will continue what I have started...through this blog of course...
